    CEO of Interorient and Director of several companies including Eurogate Container Terminal Limassol

    Served as the president of the Cyprus Shipping Chamber between 2015 – 2019 and re-elected in 2021. In 2021, he was also elected Vice Chairman of the International Chamber of Shipping. Holds a BA (Hons) in Politics from Warwick University.

    Neoclis Nicolaou

    Founder and Managing Director of Neoconsult Ltd

    Founder and Managing Director of Neoconsult Ltd which offers investment banking services mainly in the fields of finance and shipping. He is currently non-executive director in a number of Cypriot and international companies. Holds a bachelor’s degree in Econometrics from Manchester University and an MBA from the Manchester Business School.

    CEO of MUFG Investor Services

    CEO of MUFG Investor Services. Prior to joining MUFG, John worked at institutions such as Deutsche bank, JP Morgan, HSBC, and Barclays Capital. Holds several non-executive director positions including Arkadia Asset Management in Zurich, Amathus Capital a real estate fund and sits on the Board of Innovation for Rutgers university in the US. Holds a ΜE in Mechanical Engineering from Imperial College.

    Joined Interorient in 2005, he is responsible for developing the business strategy of the group focusing on investment and finance activities. He has worked for Tufton Oceanic Finance Group in Cyprus, London, and Dubai where he specialized in developing leasing funds and corporate finance transactions in the maritime sector. Holds a PhD in Electrical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin – Madison.

    Advisor- Commercial Director at Interorient

    Commercial Director at Interorient, fellow of the Institute of Chartered Shipbrokers, and the Vice-Chairperson of the Commercial Operations and Trade Facilitation Committee of the Cyprus Shipping Chamber. He represents Cyprus Shipping Chamber in Bimco’s documentary committee. He has been active in chartering, pooling commercial operations, sale & purchase, and newbuilding activities for over 30 years. Holds a BSc in Economics and an MBA from the University of Nottingham.

    Joined Interorient in 2019 as a Vessel Operator. He then gained experience in crewing and commercial operations before joining the Projects and Business Development team. Holds a BA (Hons) in Finance and Management from the University of Leicester.

    Joined the Business Development department of Interorient in 2013 where she is primarily responsible in structuring debt and equity transactions, preparing investment analysis and monitoring the performance of various shipping investments. Holds a BSc (Hons) in Mathematics and an MSc in Renewable Energy, Enterprise and Management, both from Newcastle University.
